A surfaced, alert-driven list of the people slipping through the cracks, paired with personalized, non-robotic outreach they review before it sends.

"Kill the repetitive calculations and data entry."

Income calc (especially self-employed), tax and insurance verification on refis, repetitive documents, and double-entry — concrete, nameable time drains.

"Give me the data upfront, in one place."

Condo requirements, guidelines, servicing data, scattered weekly reports — surfaced before it's needed, behind one Elevate login, not hunted across systems.
